I've been trying this new bread from Kroger that you have to let thaw and rise before you bake it. Well, the first time we used it we let it thaw overnight in the fridge, but it didn't rise enough. So, the next day I let it thaw on the counter all day. This is what I came home to.

That is hilarious - I bet the bread was good when you baked it. I love home baked bread, even if you didn't "make" it at home.

I have that same loaf pan! It just occurred to me. Rock on!
