I made cupcakes to take to work tomorrow. They're red velvet with cream cheese frosting. They're rather pretty, if I do say so. Here's the recipe I used.

YYYYUUUUUMMMMM!! Looks wonderful!!! You caught me at a low ebb - I'm trying to stay away from things like this so to distract myself I got on the computer and what happens - SWEETS that look utterly delectable are looking back at me!!! oh well ... now where did I hide those fudge rounds RRB
