I didn't forget my parents' anniversary yesterday. I actually sent them a text first thing yesterday morning, but I didn't say anything about it here. My sister posted a lovely post which you can read here.
I'm so proud of my parents for many things, not the least of which is the example they have set in their marriage. My sisters and I have witnessed the ups and the downs, and through all of it my parents have shown an unbelievable commitment to one another and their family as a whole. I'm so grateful for that! It's rare these days.
