Well, the Southern Festival of Books was wonderful! There were lots of books and authors and book-lovers; it was fabulous!
I will say this: You know you're at the Southern Festival of Books when, in the break between lectures, they share the current SEC football scores. The news that Tennessee had beaten Georgia even elicited a Rebel Yell.
Hilarious and unexpected, considering the literary setting.
